Ing. Richard Kodat

Starting in November 2024, our team is strengthened by Ing. Richard Kodat, who is taking on responsibilities associated with the company's leadership. Richard brings extensive experience from the pharmaceutical and banking sectors. He gained his experience working in the pharmacovigilance department of one of Germany's largest pharmaceutical companies, where he contributed to the drug safety assessment process across various stages of the product lifecycle, including clinical trials. Additionally, in his role as an inspector at the Czech National Bank in the field of credit risk, he conducted comprehensive inspections of credit issuance processes and their management in both large and small banks. His responsibilities in this role included analyzing risks arising from bank strategies and portfolios, as well as validating advanced mathematical models to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, thereby protecting the safety and stability of the banks.

Richard is an expert interested in solving complex problems, using his diverse experience to enhance the competitiveness of our clients. He believes that only with appropriately designed processes, including innovation and cost-effective measures, can our clients prosper in the long term. His knowledge from banking supervision helps our clients leverage the banking market to meet their financial needs efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
